Chinese-American Planning Council

Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc was founded in 1965 and has become one of the largest providers of social services for Asian Americans in the United States. It now serves over 8,000 people daily through over 70 programs in 29 locations across New York City.

Asian Child Care Referral (ACCR) is one of the programs offered by the Chinese-American Planning Council. It is dedicated to enhance the quality of child care service by working together with families, child care programs and communities. We provide parents with information on quality and affordable child care and assist them in navigating New York City’s complex child care delivery system. In addition, ACCR offers trainings, technical assistance and grants to potential and existing child care programs/providers, in order to increase the supply and improve the quality of child care service in New York City.
